This week in reading we read about taking a trip. I had the students each bring a picture of their family on a trip. They wrote stories by answering the following questions:
Where did you go on your trip? How did you get there? What did you see on your trip? What did you do on your trip? Did you go and visit anyone special? Would you like to go to the same place again? Why or why not? How did you feel about your trip?
They did a FANTASTIC job putting all these elements in their stories! It was fun to listen to their stories about going to Disney World, New Orleans, Houston, Branson, South Padre, Florida, Texas, Sea World, Colorado, the beach, Yugoslavia, KU football game, grandma’s house, etc…Here are a few samples of their writing and how proud they were:
This is such a cute idea! But how sad is it that I bet HALF my class (probably more) have never been on a trip....Shoot - we live 15 min from the beach and most of them have never been there either! :(
ReplyDeleteOh my, that is sad! But, several of mine had not been on a trip either so they just wrote about going to their grandma's house or out to eat or something like that :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea! I've got to do this! Thanks so much for sharing!

Likewise, recall to get some information about the pre-installment punishment. You might need to pay off the whole credit sum at the same time for reasons unknown or the other. Most moneylenders charge a punishment for such early installments as they miss out on enthusiasm for the remaining sum which you pay as singular amount. check cashing san-diego
