Our theme in reading is called “We Can Work It Out”. We will work hard on making story maps the next few weeks and finding the problem in a story and coming up with solutions to solve the problem. Our first story was “That Toad Is Mine!” We did a story map showing characters, setting, problem, and solution to the problem. We also sequenced story events and put them into these toad shape books.
